Cyrus is a founder and managing partner at humbition. He previously founded Dr. B, an AI-driven healthcare company focused on making medical care faster and more affordable, and Zocdoc, which he founded and led for eight years.

Cyrus is an Expert-in-Residence at the Harvard Innovation Labs and a Senior Advisor to Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company.

He earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he received the Heffernan Award for Outstanding Service and the Exemplary Leadership Award, and a Bachelor of Science with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Cyrus has been named to both Fortune's and Crain's 40 under 40 lists and was recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Creative People in Business.

Slava is also a founder and managing partner at humbition. He is also the founder of Vincent, a platform democratizing access to alternative investments, and host of the Smart Humans podcast featuring leading investors and founders. Prior to humbition, he was the founder and CEO of Indiegogo.

Slava represented the crowdfunding industry at the White House during the signing of the JOBS Act and has helped navigate bringing equity crowdfunding to the American public. He also helped pioneer tokenization of real world assets in the United States. Slava is on the board of publicly traded Watsco (WSO).

Slava has received numerous awards including Fortune 40 under 40, Observer 20 Heroes under 40, and the Wharton Young Leadership award. He holds a B.S.E. from the Wharton School of Business.

Frederik is also a founder of humbition where he currently serves as a Venture Partner. He is also the CEO of Mobile Commons. Prior to Mobile Commons, Frederik was the CFO of Boa Logistics and the VP of Finance at Mothership. Before founding humbition, Frederik was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.

Clara is an advisor to humbition and the founder of Far West Creative Studio, a consulting company specializing in fundraising strategy and business storytelling for startups and venture capital firms. At Far West, Clara has worked with more than 100 companies across dozens of industries to target over $3B in funding. She currently lives near the Mexican border in Marfa, Texas.
